elTAP («we») processes user data under this Privacy Policy to provide accounts, games, rewards, security and legal compliance.
2. Data we collect
• Account: display name, email, phone, Google/Apple ID, elTAP ID.
• Profile: avatar (optional).
• Activity: games played, balance, missions/wheel/ads events, referral code.
• Device: push token (FCM), device model/OS (technical logs).
• Support: ticket content and contact details you provide.
• Anti-fraud: device ID (referral checks), IP and event logs where available.
We do not intentionally collect special category data (health, religion, etc.).

3. Purposes and legal basis
We use data to: provide the Service (contract), security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest), send notifications (consent/legitimate interest), comply with legal requirements (contract/law).
Ad identifiers (e.g. Google AdMob) may be used for banner, interstitial and rewarded video ads in line with platform permissions. Rewarded videos are optional where Skip is offered. Banner ads do not grant Points — display only.

To improve the Service, measure performance and prevent fraud we collect:
• Session: sign-in, screen navigation, app version, language and platform.
• Games: games opened, level/milestone completion, Points earned events.
• Ads: impressions/clicks (AdMob) and rewarded video choices.
• Technical: error/crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics when enabled), API failures.
This may be linked to your elTAP ID; it is NOT sold to ad brokers. Analytics is config-controlled; notification and ad permissions can be revoked in device settings. See Profile → About → Permissions for a summary.

5. Retention
Data is kept while your account is active. After deletion, limited retention may apply for legal/technical needs, then data is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
Where applicable you may:
• access/correct data (Profile → Edit);
• request deletion (Profile → Delete account or Support);
• withdraw consent (notification/device settings);
• lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. If we learn of such data we will try to delete it and close the account.
