Delete account
You can delete your elTAP account yourself inside the app. A deleted account cannot be restored.
How to delete it in the app
- Open the elTAP app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Choose Edit profile.
- At the bottom, tap Delete profile and confirm.
What is removed
- Email, phone, and Google or Apple sign-in are detached from the account.
- Your photo and name are removed. The name becomes Deleted account.
- Game progress, notification tokens, and VIP are removed.
- Open sessions end immediately. You lose access to your Bal and history.
If you cannot open the app
Email support@eltappro.com from the address or phone tied to the account. Subject: Delete account. We verify the request and close the account.
