These Terms of Service («Terms») govern your use of the elTAP mobile application and related services («Service»). By installing, registering or using the app you agree to these Terms.
elTAP lets users play games, collect Points and — where enabled — submit reward/withdrawal requests subject to Service settings. The Service is for entertainment and is not an investment, gambling product or income guarantee.

2. Eligibility and account
• Minimum age: 13 (or higher if required by local law).
• One natural person may hold only one account.
• Registration details must be accurate; impersonation is prohibited.
• You may sign in with Google, Apple or phone OTP.

3. Points and virtual economy
Points are in-app virtual points/currency. Points:
• may be earned through games, missions, ads, referrals and other activities;
• are subject to Service rules and limits;
• do not automatically convert to real money.
A daily game earn cap (e.g. 250 Points) applies to game channels only. Rewarded video, surveys and offerwall have separate limits. Banner and interstitial ads do not grant Points; optional rewarded video may appear at level transitions.
Points have no standalone legal status as income or a payment instrument outside the Service.

Prohibited:
• bots, scripts, emulators or falsifying game results;
• multiple accounts by the same person;
• abusing referral/withdrawal systems (self-referral, same device, fake OTP);
• circumventing ad or reward limits;
• malware, reverse engineering (decompiling), unauthorized server access;
• fraud, harassment, illegal content.
Violations may lead to warnings, reward reversal, balance removal or account termination.

5. VIP and store
VIP subscriptions or store purchases (if offered) follow Google Play / App Store policies. Digital purchases follow platform refund rules. VIP perks do not guarantee Points earnings.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided «as is». Outages, data loss or third-party failures (Google, Firebase, ad networks) may occur.
To the extent permitted by law, elTAP is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or failure to receive expected rewards/withdrawals.

7. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes may be announced in-app or via push notification. Continued use means acceptance.
