Rewards and withdrawal policy

Points may be earned (when enabled) via:
• solo/classic games, checkpoints, daily missions, 7-day login, wheel, scratch cards;
• rewarded video, site promos, surveys and offerwall tasks;
• optional rewarded video at level transitions (gate/bonus Points);
• friend referrals (after manual review) and weekly leaderboard prizes (if any).

A daily GAME earn cap (e.g. 250 Points/user) applies to game channels only. Video, surveys, offerwall and level-ad rewards have separate limits and do not count toward the game cap.

Banner and interstitial ads do not grant Points. Player tier (New/Active/Super/Professional) updates automatically; Super +5%, Professional +10% Points bonus (separate from VIP).

Each channel has admin-controlled limits and on/off status.

Points are virtual. elTAP does NOT guarantee any income, withdrawal amount or payout timeline.

Rewards may change based on campaigns, activity and compliance with the rules.

1. Real-money withdrawals are available only when the Service enables them; they may not be open in all regions yet.
2. Submit a request from the Withdraw section. A minimum amount, account verification (Google, Apple, or phone), account age and other conditions may apply.
3. Payout methods shown depend on your country and current Service settings (bank card, e-wallet, crypto, etc.). Supported options appear in the app.
4. When submitted, the amount is reserved from your balance.
5. Requests undergo manual review (fraud, multiple accounts, rule violations).
6. After approval, payment is sent via the selected method; if rejected, a reason may be given and balance may be refunded.

Payout timing depends on legal, banking and technical factors; no exact date is guaranteed.
